Earlier this year I helped The Forest School PTA with their fund raising by selling discounted portrait vouchers. This was very successful and I am pleased to announce we will be running the same promotion at their forthcoming Christmas fayre on 12 December.

You can purchase your voucher here as I will have a manned display. If you are unable to attend the fayre you can purchase it direct from me either by phoning on 0118 966 7676 or e mail info@neilpalmerphotography.co.uk. Or if you wish you can call in and collect, but best to let us know first.

Here is how the promotion works -

1. The vouchers cost £15 and will give you £100 worth of photography at my studio. This is made up of £25 for the session and viewing fee and £75 to go towards the cost of prints, frames etc……Prints start from £60 upwards. The price will drop the more you order (details will be sent on request)

2. The £15 you pay for the voucher will be donated to The Forest School PTA

3. You must register your voucher (by phoning, emailing me) within 4 weeks and you can book your session upto 1 year ahead.

4. Only one voucher can be used per session. The voucher cannot be used together with any other promotion/special offer.

5. This offer will be available until 31 January 2011

Pip and her family have been good friends and clients over the years.

When Pip was diagnosed with a rare form of cancer last October she and her family decided to throw their efforts into fundraising to help find a cure for this. It is not a common type of cancer so a lot more research is needed. Anyhow on a recent visit I took a few wacky, fun shots of Pip which she can use for her fundraising and to give her some more publicity.

Later on this year I’ll be offering a portrait voucher for just £15. This £15 will go directly to Pip’s fundraising and will will give you £100 worth of photography. Details will follow later.

Finished portraits start at £60 so you could have one of these with £15 left over to put towards anything else if you wish.

Its that time of year again when Christmas is fast approaching and people are often stuck for gift ideas.

I’ve recently designed some new gift vouchers which have always been very popular. But now I am able to e mail them as well. They can be purchased in £25 installments and can be used to purchase from past portrait sessions and weddings. A seperate viewing, either on line or at my my studio, can be arranged if necessary. They can also be used on future sessions and weddings as well.

Just a quick not to say that th Spring Fair on Saturday 21st March was a big success with nearly £5000 being raised.

The portrait offer I did was well received and has raised so far around £120 with still a fair amount of interest being shown.

Just to summarise the promotion once again – for the sum of £15  I will donate a photography voucher worth £85 to use at my studio. This will be for a family portrait session to include a small desktop print. The £15 will be donated to the Parents Society to help raise funds for equipment and furniture for the new Science and Sixth Form Building. The offer is still available until Monday 4th May 09. My organisation, The MPA launched a new promotion last friday (13th March)

The press event was also attended by HRH Princess Michael of Kent and a number of celebrities, as well as representatives from the Variety Club, MPA and Family Portrait Week organisers. Princess Michael was very supportive of the initiative in her speech and everyone there was very positive about the promotion.
